Refund policy

We guarantee against any defective products, a full refund can be provided for any defective products within 30 days. Besides, there is no restocking fee in this case.
We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products (send evidence to us, such as photos/videos/parcel details, etc.). Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.

Return policy

To return or exchange your product, contact us at : edmundsands8@gmail.com, Customer will be responsible for the returning/exchanging/resending fees, for example, customer left the wrong/not detailed address that can not be locate and failed to delivered.
